Prison Break Regatta
The Prison Break Regatta started from Prisoners Harbor, on Santa Cruz, and finished in Ventura Harbor. The weekend started with all five boats anchoring at the harbor the day before and enjoyed a day of hiking, surfing and camaraderie.
The race started with the boats anchored and with sails down. Spitdog, while having problems with the halyard, sailed single handed to a corrected time victory in the race.
Moonglomper, finishing first overall, came in second due to the corrected time. The Fluke, having a great start, finished third in the regatta.
